Help Others Win...

“...He tried to join the disciples, but they were all afraid of him...But Barnabas took him and brought him to the apostles. He told them how Saul on his journey had seen the Lord and that the Lord had spoken to him...”
(Acts 9:26–27, NIV)

In this scripture, The Apostle Paul would have never had the impact he did without a man named Barnabas. Barnabas was one of the disciples. He was in Jesus’ inner circle. But Paul, at the time hated believers and was persecuting them. God touched Paul's life. Paul later wanted to go to Jerusalem and join the other disciples, but they were afraid of him. They knew all about Paul and his reputation. Barnabas stood up for Paul and used his influence to open a door with the other disciples. Paul went on to write over half of the New Testament.

We don’t hear a lot about Barnabas. Paul greatly overshadowed him. But if we asked Paul, "How did you come to write half of the new testament?" His response would sound something like this, “I am who I am because Barnabas helped me to win. I succeeded because Barnabas took a risk and opened a door that I could not open on my own. Barnabas believed in me when nobody else did.”

There is no greater legacy than to help someone else win. I honestly feel, God has always blessed everything I truly put my mind to do because of my investment in others. Helping others to win blesses me more than the person I am helping.

Sow good seeds because they will come back to you. On some of my hardest days in life, all the seeds I had sown was store up for me during those difficult times. When we help others win, God makes sure we are surrounded by people who will help us win in return.

Pray with me:

Father, thank You for Your truth which sets us free today. We delight in doing your will. Let us become a people that will always help others to succeed, to rise, to nudge them into a higher place in their lives. Let us not grow weary in well doings but rely on your Holy Spirit at all times. Show us ways to be a blessing and who in fact we should be a blessing to. Thank you in advance for your gift of 'Helps', and for the love and the help that you have shown us. Thank you for your faith in us. Let everything we do bring glory to You. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

It's almost the end of the 2nd month of a new year and WOW look at all we have on our plates!
We have bills, problems, frustrations, doubts, concerns, worries, sickness, burdens, and various struggles.  This morning in the midst of all that we have going on, I want to remind you, "The Lord Knows."
I hear the spirit of God saying,  "I know child. I know. Please trust me. Rest in me. Lean not unto your own understandings. Am I not your God? Have I ever failed you? My grace is sufficient for you whom I call my own. You belong to me and I take care of my own." 

Amen. Praise God for a spirit of visitation. Praise God that he would drop in during a pass by read. Praise God that he is ABLE to do exceedingly  and above all we could ever ask or think!

Would you take a moment right now to focus on his love for you?  Let us take 1 minute to praise him together knowing that he holds our lives in his hands. He knows the paths we take. Let us take 1 minute to praise him because things could be worse. Let us take 1 minute to thank him because we know that the testing our faith produces perseverance. We know in the end we will be mature and complete. WE WILL LACK NOTHING! Glory to the King!  Join me...

Let us thank him for another day of life.  Thank you Lord for what you are doing in the lives of those you call your own.  We don't need to understand, all you ask is that we TRUST you.  Deposit in us a supernatural spirit of trust that we may walk out the will you have for us today and everyday. Can we be real ladies???

I can't tell you how many times I've walked it. How many times I fell for it. How many times I've seen it. How many times I've heard about it. I am talking about the spirit of compromise. This post is geared more towards the ladies (no offense fellas even though I know you all go through this too!)

We meet a man who goes to church once a month and we try to make him the one.
We meet a man who has a job and a car, we try to make him the one.
He's good looking and he has a six pack...he's the one!
Please don't let him have some money, oh he most definitely is the one! lol
We meet a man who is nowhere near being saved, who we know ain't taking care of his 15 children,  He still lives at home with his mother, and we trying to make him the one?! This man has like 15 kids and you think he's the one!? So let me get this straight...7 different baby mommas and you think you are so special.  That's some kind of special...amen.
Hold on...we meet a man who is married with children and we still try and make him the one!

Lawd Jesus we need help! Sisters, God will give us the desires of our hearts but we must not compromise!

Ok, ok, last one: I know women right now who has a man sitting in their house playing video games while she is out working!  LADIES, THAT IS NOT GOD! THAT IS CALLED CRAZY!

We have to rebuke the spirit of compromise! We don't make deals with the devil!

Compromise-an agreement reached by adjustment of principles

Ladies, ladies, and ladies. We allow men to take us through some things! We allow men to come into our lives, sweep us off our feet, then turn around and hit us on the head with the broom!

Why? Because we compromise. We get tired of waiting on God. We get tired of being alone. We just want to be loved. We just need a little help. We just want to be married. We are getting too old. We want to start a family now. We hate being single. I can go on. I have said them all and I have heard them all. We say, "We can change him." Again, I have lived this and I believe it will be my most powerful sermon..."The only one who ever change is you!" He is either going to come up to your standards which rarely happens or you will go down to his standards which is always the case.

It's the oldest trick in the book. The Devil has been using men to get us to sway from God since the beginning of time. Unfortunately, we always feel the need to learn the hard way and more than once. Why? Because we tell ourselves, "I can change him. I can teach him about Jesus. I'll help him get saved." In the end, you end up unsaved!

Let me help somebody:

The only one that can lead someone to Christ is God:
John 6:44 NIV:"No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him
John 6:65 NIV: He went on to say, "This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless the Father has enabled him."

Even when you are encouraging someone to accept Jesus Christ, you have to understand the order of God. All the men in the world and you think God especially chose you to minister to this particular man knowing you are the weaker vessel? That does not sound like God to me. That sounds like YOU WANTING TO DO YOU to me. 1 Cor. 3:6 &9:⁶ I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow.⁹ For we are co-workers in God’s service;
We are co-workers...which means We are not running the show! God really does not need our help ladies. You meet a man who need Christ, refer him to a Man of God. We cannot plant, water, and get the increase!

Why do we allow someone to promise us the moon and the stars then take it from us while we are staring at them? God has already promised us everlasting life but we trade it in for a couple months of what? We have so many babies that are being brought into the world without fathers. We turn around and blame the men when in fact it is us! We are angry and mad because they don't want to take care of the baby/babies. We live each day with a chip on our shoulders, hating and wishing evil because of what he did and is doing. Matthew 7:5 NLT: Hypocrite! First get rid of the log in your own eye; then you will see well enough to deal with the speck in your friend's eye. We become single mothers, we become stagnant in our lives, we carry condemnation and feelings of guilt, and we go through so many burdens and hardships because we chose to compromise.  Our children now have to deal with the messes we've created because we did not trust God but instead put our hopes in Mr. Compromise. 

Recognize who YOU are: Ps. 139:14: I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.
God did not hold anything back when he made you! So you may not look, dance, or sing like Beyoncé...who cares! There is something special about you! You were created with purpose!
Quit comparing yourself to others, especially when they don't believe in what you believe in. Proverbs 31:10:A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies.

What the bible says about Compromise:

Ps. 119:-4 NLT: Joyful are people of integrity, who follow the instructions of the Lord. ² Joyful are those who obey his laws and search for him with all their hearts.³ They do not compromise with evil, and they walk only in his paths.

1 King 18:21 ESV:21And Elijah came near to all the people and said, “How long will you go limping between two different opinions? If the Lord is God, follow him; but if Baal, then follow him.”

Draw the line in your relationships:
John 10:27 ESV: My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.
Joshua 24:15 ESV: And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” 
Ps. 119:15 ESV:  I will meditate on your precepts and fix my eyes on your ways.
Ps. 119:10 ESV: With my whole heart I seek you; let me not wander from your commandments!
 
Don't fool yourself:
2 Cor. 6:14 NIV: Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?

Don't Settle:
2 Cor. 5:2 Message: and we'll never have to relocate our "tents" again. The Spirit of God whets our appetite by giving us a taste of what's ahead. He puts a little of heaven in our hearts so that we'll never settle for less.

Stay Focus: 
2 Cor. 5: 9-10 Message: Cheerfully pleasing God is the main thing, and that's what we aim to do, regardless of our conditions. 10 Sooner or later we'll all have to face God, regardless of our conditions. We will appear before Christ and take what's coming to us as a result of our actions, either good or bad.  

You will come out ON TOP:
James 1:12 ESV: Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.

If you find yourself compromising, it is not too late to turn things around! For your Heavenly Father cares for you. He is waiting for you to come back to him. Jeremiah 31:3 KJV: Yea, I have loved you with an everlasting love: therefore with loving kindness have I drawn you. 1 Peter 5:7 ISV: Throw all your worry on me, because I care for you. Matthew 28:20 ISV: And remember, I am with you each and every day until the end of the age." Luke 1:37 ISV: Nothing is impossible with respect to any of MY promises."

I SPEAK THAT TODAY IS YOUR DAY. TODAY IS THE DAY YOU TAKE AUTHORITY OVER THE SPIRIT OF COMPROMISE! I PRAY THAT RIGHT NOW EVERY HEAVY BURDEN BE LIFTED AND THE SPIRIT OF GOD;HIS PRESENCE ENTERS YOUR HEART, MIND, BODY, AND SOUL WITH HIS REFRESHING EVERLASTING LOVE. RIGHT NOW, BE FREE IN THE NAME OF JESUS!YOU WERE CREATED WITH PURPOSE-YOU CAN NO LONGER ENTERTAIN ANYTHING THAT WILL DISTRACT YOU FROM YOUR PURPOSE. YOUR BOAZ IS WAITING. HE HAS BEEN WAITING. The Devil wants our Daughters

"If you button a couple more buttons; securely covering your breast then your daughter will do the same. If you quit jumping in bed with every man you think loves you then maybe your daughter would not go through so much warfare while trying to keep herself pure."

The Devil is after our Daughters.
If you stop referring to your best girl friend as a 'B--', then your daughter will not allow someone to refer to her as a 'B--'. You cannot fight the Devil if you are down with the Devil. Your daughter is watching you. 
If every time a trial arise and you choose to go for drinks with the gals to complain instead of call some sisters over to pray for change, then chances are she'll do the same.  She is studying your every move. She hears everything you say. She watches how you conduct yourself in the public and behind the scenes. She studies you. She wants to be just like you.
 

If that is the case, who are you?
What kind of Woman are you? 
What kind of daughter are you raising?
What kind of woman will your daughter be?
 

If you flow with the Holy Ghost she will flow with the Holy Ghost. If you live with the Holy Ghost she will live with the Holy Ghost.
 

God spoke this to me a couple weeks ago... I was battling with making a decision and was trying to keep my 15 yr old daughter happy though it went against my better judgement... "If I wanted you to be her friend I would have made you her age. I did not call you to be her friend. I have chosen you to be her mother."
 

It's such a struggle at times but- MOTHERS if we don't stand for something our daughters will fall for anything.
 

We can be in this world and not of this world. We were not made to fit in. God has created us to Stand out!
 

It is time out for twerking and time in for praying. Don't teach your girls to turn up but instead teach them to Come up (to God's standards).

Encourage them. Teach them HOW to be a lady.

Change the station in your car. Allow praise and worship music to fill your home even if no one is home. Perform night checks...while your daughters are asleep, go into their room, speak scriptures over them, anoint their heads and feet with oil. Announce out loud that they have been claimed for righteousness and bind up any unclean spirits (yes, all while their asleep!) Get a cd player and let a preaching cd play on repeat. Set the atmosphere in your daughters room and in her life.
 

When drugs, sex, and peer pressures of all kinds come her way, she will be reminded that she CAN walk away. She will be filled and anointed to walk away.
Why? Because, she get it from her momma!!
 

Be a Mother that she can be proud of. If you are reppin' Jesus Christ you ought to be steppin' with Jesus Christ, living according to his Word!

Let your personal walk with God be the example and strength your daughter need to resist the enemy.
 

Proverbs 14:1 ESV- A wise woman builds her home, but a foolish woman tears it down with her own hands.
 

It is not easy raising righteous children especially girls. However, it can be done. YOU be the example she needs. You are not her friend-You are her Mother.

We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence. 4 And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires.

5-9 MSG:
So don't lose a minute in building on what you've been given, complementing your basic faith with good character, spiritual understanding, alert discipline, passionate patience, reverent wonder, warm friendliness, and generous love, each dimension fitting into and developing the others. With these qualities active and growing in your lives, no grass will grow under your feet, no day will pass without its reward as you mature in your experience of our Master Jesus. Without these qualities you can't see what's right before you, obilivious that your old sinful life has been wiped off the books.

10-11 MSG:
So friends, confirm God's invitation to you. Don't put it off; do it now. Do this, and you'll have your life on a firm footing, the streets paved and the way wide open into the eternal kingdom of our Master and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Father we come to you with praise on our lips. We come to you Thanking you for another day, another shot at getting it right. We repent for our sins and ask that you help us in areas we struggle in. We ask that you raise our conviction levels so that everything we do, say, and think is acceptable unto you. So that we do not find ourselves stuck in life but yet always moving forward; going from faith to faith and Glory to Glory.
God right now I personally ask that you meet the needs of your child praying with me right now. That you would extend your grace and your mercy over their life and the lives of their family & friends. I pray God that you  withhold no good thing from them. I pray for a renewed mind, a renewed spirit, and a renewed heart. I thank you that old things are passed away and behold-you are infact doing a NEW thing in their life. I pray father that they would only learn from the past but never look, return, or hold on  to it. I pray that you remind them, that their steps are ordered so you know the paths they take. Give them strength to walk towards the higher calling knowing it is you who is able to keep them from falling. I thank you Father for a Right Now: Moving Mountains Faith as they continue to hold on and trust in your Word. You take great pleasure when we seek you first. Things in our lives line up when we seek you first. Confusion, Doubt, Sickness, Envy, and Fear get ghost when we put you first. Your Words says that EVERYTHING will be added onto us - if we seek you first. So right now Daddy, I pray those praying with me today will get the greatest revelation ever released to  man...that We KEEP OUR EYES FIXED ON YOU and YOU alone. Every distraction is offically bound and casted into hell where it belongs. I thank you for whats coming to them, every blessing in advance. Thank you! Thank you for NEWNESS on today. Healings on today. Victories on today. Miracles on today. LOVE on today. Favor on today. Perfect Peace on today. Yes God!
You are OUR GOD and we belong to you and YOU alone. Nomatter what any one may say or think, you Lord know the truth about us. You know our weaknesses and our strengths. Unlike man...you dont judge us. Thank you!! Thank you Abba for your loving nudge, helping us to get it right. You are Everything God! Let us be individuals you can count on. Continue to clean us up. Help us to keep our eyes fixed on you and all your righteouness.

So many of us do not give ourselves enough credit. We all fall short, we ALL SIN. 
Our conviction levels may differ.  We may need to improve in certain areas. We may excel in other areas. 
I'll use me as an example...I don't care how angry I get...the devil will not get me to cuss. It's just something I will not and do not do. My personal convictions in that area is extremely high.  I do not cuss-point blank period. However, in my anger I have been know to blur out very hurtful words in a very hurtful tone. I have been know to act like a wild manic (at times hitting) and knock things over etc.  Acting in such a way is not God like at all.  In fact, the bibles describes the person behaving this way a fool. Some would say, if I'm going to do all that - I might as well just cuss! Having no self control would be equivalent to just cussing someone out.  It is definitely an area that I have been working on. 

The devil would love to have us focus on what's wrong with us.  What we do wrong.  Where we fall short. It is his job to convince us that WE ARE NOT WORTHY - well peeps...it is my job to tell you this morning that THE DEVIL IS A LIE! 

God is more concerned about OUR HEARTS towards him. That we want to get it right.  He wants our hearts surrendered to HIM.  So if I know that God expects me to have self control, I need to gather all the scripture that supports God's request.  I need to read and read and read until I've got it in my system. My love for God and the desire to get it right will cause me to do something different the next time I become angry.  If I have to stand still and cry tears of (I want to kill you!) in a moment of anger (looking cray cray and snot dripping down my nose.) that's what I'll do. If it will prevent me from saying or acting evil, so be it. Why? Because I'm more concerned with him seeing my heart and my desire to get it right.

"As your father, if I ask you to do something will you do it?" 

Thus sayth the Lord, "Your sins are forgiven. I need you. Can I count on you?"

Amen, I was going to write more but the Holy Spirit is moving so I'll end there. You know who you are.  You know why the Lord has led you to read this post today. I'm praying for you and for myself that we have the strength to answer his call.  That we will be individuals that God can count on. That our personal desires will be to get it right. Amen.


Isaiah 6: 1-8 NLT

It was in the year King Uzziah died that I saw the Lord. He was sitting on a lofty throne, and the train of his robe filled the Temple. Attending him were mighty seraphim, each having six wings. With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they flew. ³ They were calling out to each other,

“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of Heaven’s Armies!
    The whole earth is filled with his glory!”

⁴ Their voices shook the Temple to its foundations, and the entire building was filled with smoke.

Satan the Flexer...lol

Dear Satan...well...no, you're not my friend...there's nothing dear about you...

Lookie here Lucifer,

It's no secret that you get on my nerves.  You tried it this week.  You really tried it but, I know all about you. You think you know me. You think you've got me figured out.  You try to come with your sneak attack in my mind. You try to stir up confusion in my household amongst my children. You try to bombard my marriage with your foolishness. You try to threaten my business with your talk of debts & law suits.  You try to discourage me from writing, from sharing the Word of God.  Key words in all of this...YOU TRIED. lol

I guess if I were you, I would try me too.  After all, according to Isaiah 61:1 (just in case you need to be reminded) The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. With that being said, I have my own revelation after your foolishness this week. The fact of the matter is, you are a true FLEXER!
I learned that word from my kids.  Back in the day, we called it as we seen it..."You Frontin' (that NY accent tho...ha ha) ."  But either way, you are such a joke!

Truth be told in 1 Peter 5:8, God already let us know what time it is with you. Helllloooooo-
"Be sober and watchful, because your adversary the devil walks around as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." Another key word, 'AS'...you are not who you think you are! You will never have the last say in my life! (Proverbs 16:1)

I'll make this short and sweet (for me, that is).  You came to my establishment.  You come up in my office and you think you could just drop off some bull dookie on my desk, and then try to leave. Oh no no no, that's not how that goes.  You see fool, before I kicked you out...the Holy Spirit had reminded me that the vision has already been written. Though it tarries, I am patiently waiting on it because it is surely coming (Habakkuk 2:1-3).  I'm not a proud woman nor do I trust in myself. I am a just woman and the Word of God says, "the just shall live by faith." 

So while you flexing, trying to bully me; thinking you know what's in my hand. I bound that bully spirit up and casted it into the pits of hell where it belongs then I raised you one...

Thanks to your uninvited visit, I now have security in place.  Holy Warring Angels guarding over my establishment, all the possessions and people inside.  The Blood of Jesus Christ covers every square foot of that place.  The only way you will ever get in is if I let you in and baybey', I don't like demons so that won't eva happen!  The other thing I've done is put a new policy in place.  Yep, you may like this one-it's a direct slap in your face... lol. Every Monday at 10:00 am, all those working at Dream Team GC will meet for Corporate Prayer.  Isn't that great??!!! Okayyy, maybe not for you but that's what you get... you done messed around with the Holy Ghost Fire and got burned! Ha Ha Ha. Imagine, a company where you get paid to Pray! I love it!

So, thank you dummy.  Once again you have allowed evil to be turn into good...actually you don't even get the credit for that...God did that. My steps are ordered!

Dang, you even lamer than I thought.
Oh well, that's your issue.

Isaiah 61 Message:

61 ^1-7 The Spirit of God, the Master, is on me
    because God anointed me.
He sent me to preach good news to the poor,
    heal the heartbroken,
Announce freedom to all captives,
    pardon all prisoners.
God sent me to announce the year of his grace—
    a celebration of God’s destruction of our enemies—
    and to comfort all who mourn,
To care for the needs of all who mourn in Zion,
    give them bouquets of roses instead of ashes,
Messages of joy instead of news of doom,
    a praising heart instead of a languid spirit.
Rename them “Oaks of Righteousness”
    planted by God to display his glory.

    raise a new city out of the wreckage.

    take the rubble left behind and make it new.

I don't know about you but I am ready for a right now visitation, a right now impartation, and a right now GLORY.   

Let us SPEAK LIFE and SEE LIFE to dry bones; dry areas of our lives (areas where all hope looks lost.)
 
Let us remember that is not what we see but what we KNOW God is doing!

When this happens, O my people, you will know that I am the Lord. I will put my Spirit in you, and you will live again...you will know that I, the Lord, have spoken, and I have done what I said.

  

2 Cor. 5:7-8 Message

 

That’s why we live with such good cheer. You won’t see us drooping our heads or dragging our feet! Cramped conditions here don’t get us down. They only remind us of the spacious living conditions ahead. It’s what we trust in but don’t yet see that keeps us going. Do you suppose a few ruts in the road or rocks in the path are going to stop us? When the time comes, we’ll be plenty ready to exchange exile for homecoming.

Psalm 73 NLT

¹ Truly God is good to Israel,
    to those whose hearts are pure.
² But as for me, I almost lost my footing.
    My feet were slipping, and I was almost gone.
³ For I envied the proud
    when I saw them prosper despite their wickedness.
⁴ They seem to live such painless lives;
    their bodies are so healthy and strong.
⁵ They don’t have troubles like other people;
    they’re not plagued with problems like everyone else.
⁶ They wear pride like a jeweled necklace
    and clothe themselves with cruelty.
⁷ These fat cats have everything
    their hearts could ever wish for!
⁸ They scoff and speak only evil;
    in their pride they seek to crush others.
⁹ They boast against the very heavens,
    and their words strut throughout the earth.
¹⁰ And so the people are dismayed and confused,
    drinking in all their words.
¹¹ “What does God know?” they ask.
    “Does the Most High even know what’s happening?”
¹² Look at these wicked people—
    enjoying a life of ease while their riches multiply.

¹³ Did I keep my heart pure for nothing?
    Did I keep myself innocent for no reason?
¹⁴ I get nothing but trouble all day long;
    every morning brings me pain.

¹⁵ If I had really spoken this way to others,
    I would have been a traitor to your people.
¹⁶ So I tried to understand why the wicked prosper.
    But what a difficult task it is!
¹⁷ Then I went into your sanctuary, O God,
    and I finally understood the destiny of the wicked.
¹⁸ Truly, you put them on a slippery path
    and send them sliding over the cliff to destruction.
¹⁹ In an instant they are destroyed,
    completely swept away by terrors.
²⁰ When you arise, O Lord,
    you will laugh at their silly ideas
    as a person laughs at dreams in the morning.

²¹ Then I realized that my heart was bitter,
    and I was all torn up inside.

    I must have seemed like a senseless animal to you.
²³ Yet I still belong to you;
    you hold my right hand.
²⁴ You guide me with your counsel,
    leading me to a glorious destiny.
²⁵ Whom have I in heaven but you?
    I desire you more than anything on earth.²⁶ My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak,

Acts 11:26 KJV

 

 ²⁶And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.

 

Look at that last sentence...

And the disciples WERE CALLED. They did not give themselves that name, other folks did!

Folks watching and observing their lives decided to call them "Christians."

 

Would someone be able to observe your day to day life and then refer to you as a "Christian?"

A humbling question.  Be honest with yourself.

 

Walk in the Light

1 John 1:5-10 MSG

⁵ This, in essence, is the message we heard from Christ and are passing on to you: God is light, pure light; there’s not a trace of darkness in him.

^6-7 If we claim that we experience a shared life with him and continue to stumble around in the dark, we’re obviously lying through our teeth—we’re not living what we claim. But if we walk in the light, God himself being the light, we also experience a shared life with one another, as the sacrificed blood of Jesus, God’s Son, purges all our sin.
^8-10 If we claim that we’re free of sin, we’re only fooling ourselves. A claim like that is errant nonsense. On the other hand, if we admit our sins—make a clean breast of them—he won’t let us down; he’ll be true to himself. He’ll forgive our sins and purge us of all wrongdoing. If we claim that we’ve never sinned, we out-and-out contradict God—make a liar out of him. A claim like that only shows off our ignorance of God.

Good Morning,

 

This morning the Lord has put this on my heart concerning his people...

 

"It is time for my people to stop playing the fence. I know who you are. I know when you do right and I know when you do wrong. Cleanse yourself, cleanse your heart, and cleanse your house."

 

Exodus 11:4-7NLT

“This is what the LORD says: At midnight tonight I will pass through the heart of Egypt. ⁵ All the firstborn sons will die in every family in Egypt, from the oldest son of Pharaoh, who sits on his throne, to the oldest son of his lowliest servant girl who grinds the flour. Even the firstborn of all the livestock will die. ⁶ Then a loud wail will rise throughout the land of Egypt, a wail like no one has heard before or will ever hear again.

 

Are you an Israelite or are you an Egyptian?

Do you belong to God and his kingdom or do you belong to Satan and this world?

 

God cannot be fooled. He knows whose who. 

 

Exodus 11:7 NLT

⁷ But among the Israelites it will be so peaceful that not even a dog will bark. Then you will know that the LORD makes a distinction between the Egyptians and the Israelites.

 

Matthew 6:24 NIV

²⁴ “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other.

 

God is watching from his throne...

 

Ps. 47:8 KJV

God reigns over the nations: God sits upon the throne of his holiness.

 

Ps. 97:2 KJV

Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne.

 

Exodus 12:7 & 12-13 NLT

⁷ They are to take some of the blood and smear it on the sides and top of the doorframes of the houses...

¹² On that night I will pass through the land of Egypt and strike down every firstborn son and firstborn male animal in the land of Egypt. I will execute judgment against all the gods of Egypt, for I am the LORD! ¹³ But the blood on your doorposts will serve as a sign, marking the houses where you are staying. When I see the blood, I will pass over you. This plague of death will not touch you when I strike the land of Egypt.

 

Cleanse yourselves, cleanse your hearts, cleanse your homes...the Blood of Jesus Christ should be smeared on the sides and tops of the doorframes of your house.

 

This pressing in my spirit from God: "Some of you; MY PEOPLE are living like heathens. You embarrass me, you break my heart. Cleanse yourselves, cleanse your heart, and cleanse your house. Put me back in my rightful place. There are to be no excuses. For if you do this, the plague of death will not touch you when I strike the Land."
